| What documentation do I need to rent a car ? |

| Drivers must produce a full current driving license which has been held for at least 2/3 years at the time of rental. The license must also be an unendorsed license for at least two years. Only drivers approved in advance of the rental by Donal Ryan Rent A Car and named in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. |

| What are the age requirements ? |
|
| The driver/drivers must be at least 25 years of age for cars and multi-seater or vans. The maximum age is 70 years for all drivers. |

| What are the rental times ? |
|
| The rental times are based on a 24 hour period. Any vehicle not returned within the rental agreement will be charged for an extra 24 hours. |

| What breakdown cover is available ? |
|
| All rental vehicles are covered by our own 24 hour recovery service. |

| Can the vehicle be driven in another country ? |

| Unfortunately not. This is because Donal Ryan Rent A Car is an Irish based company and the insurance will not provide cover for any vehicle driven outside the Republic of Ireland. |

| Will extra drivers cost more ? |

| Extra drivers may incur a charge. |

| Is there an extra charge for delivery and collection ? |
|
| One way rentals are available on request all though they may incur an extra charge. Any collection or delivery outside our normal service area may also incur a extra charge. |

| What is the excess (liability) on my rental ? |
|
| All rates are quoted with full comprehensive insurance. Every vehicle hire is subject to a minimum Insurance Excess which is € 650.00. The renter carries the liability for baggage and goods in transit. Any accident must be reported to Donal Ryan within 24 hours of occurring and an accident report form completed. |

| What does credit card insurance cover ? |

| Due to the structure of our comprehensive insurance policy, credit card insurance can not be accepted. |

| Can I extend my rental period ? |
|
| It is very important that should a renter wish to extend a rental period beyond the agreed termination date, that we are notified immediately in order that insurance cover may be extended. Extensions can only take place with our prior agreement and additional payment. |

| What method of payment is acceptable ? |
|
| Credit can be obtained against the following credit cards, Access, Master card, Visa, Laser, American Express, Euro Cheque and Diners Club Card. |
